Here at The Wellbeing Club, our aim is to build your child’s self-esteem through positive reinforcement, help them recognise their strengths, and acknowledge their accomplishments. It is our mission to ensure every child has confidence and self-love, as well as the ability to build the resilience needed to handle whatever life throws at them.
Our online club is focused on helping children stay active, socialise with their peers, and, most importantly, learn how to handle emotions for positive outcomes into adulthood.
To support this mission, we are excited to announce that The Wellbeing Club is now available online! Our qualified staff will encourage your child to participate in activities designed to bring out the best in them, including:
Focusing on improving long-term fitness and brain health through sports, games, and workouts. We also promote healthy eating habits to help children grow strong and confident.
Engaging activities related to themes that help children express their feelings and provide an outlet for their emotions. Through our engaging activities and supportive online environment, children develop self-assurance as well as a positive outlook on life.
An opportunity for the children to talk about how they feel their day went, share anything on their mind, and participate in breathing and meditation exercises. Affirmations will be used to promote positive self-talk.

The Wellbeing Club aims to educate children on how to express themselves comfortably when talking about their feelings, promoting early support seeking. This is a key part of keeping them safe and helping them develop. The programme is broken down into activities that promote confidence and self-esteem:
Regular physical activity improves fitness, concentration, and overall health. It provides an opportunity for socialisation, making it fun and rewarding for everyone.



Designed to unleash creativity and unwind from daily stress. These activities promote mindfulness, relaxation, and emotional well-being.
